This Wednesday, February 08, 2023, the ESPACE-NEXUS of the Laboratoire Mixte International (LMI) received the association of students of the master H2 of WASCAL for the conference on Green Hydrogen. This association is called West African Green Energy Development Organization (WAGEDO). Indeed, green hydrogen is a hydrogen produced by a renewable energy. It can be used to decarbonize sectors that are difficult to electrify, such as the iron and steel industry, the cement industry, etc., and thus contribute to limiting their CO2 emissions and their impact on climate change. The importance of the topic has generated a great deal of interest around the conference. The subject of green hydrogen was widely discussed by experts in green hydrogen. The youth was encouraged to take initiative in the field of renewable energy, and Ivorian students were also encouraged to apply for the various WASCAL programs.
